CLICK2CARE is a location, SOS and media dispatch solution.
A complete service that starts with a CLICK and ends with a smile…But how does it work?It all starts with a CLICK, the user presses the SOS button on his device, and immediately a connection is established with the Digital Interaction Center – CDI.
In addition to this call, the devices GPS location is sent to the CLICK2CARE platform.At the CDI, the call is answered and, in addition to the location being automatically identified on a map, the Users file (with its history) is consulted, without the need for additional questions.This information can be completed with information given by the user and, as necessary, the indicated means of assistance are activated.Subsequent follow-up is also guaranteed in order to close the support loop.
